About Me

Hi, I’m Cristina, photographer & cinematographer. I like to tell stories and build them up through lights and shadows. For me this is the essence of a good story.

I love to travel, learn, and take risks in anything I do, going always one step further. This is the reason that has brought me to work and live in Germany, Ibiza, Madrid, and now London. For me, spending time with myself in different places is very enriching. I have explored places and ventured within my feelings, and found it has helped me grow.

Becoming a storyteller has always been my dream, and one day I decided to go on a quest for the place in which dreams become real. With a Fulbright scholarship in my pocket, I went to study filmmaking at Chapman University in Los Angeles, USA. I didn’t find that place there, but I learnt how to tell stories.

Which takes me to London. I moved here because London represents a concept of freedom linked to overcoming challenges. London is representative of artistic and cultural avantgarde. Its people inspire me.

I take photos because I believe in the power of the image to tell stories, and offer a world view which is my own, I feel the need to show. I aim to create images that can be felt. I believe a good image brings you back to the time and place.
